The location was a positive, with two train stations in walking distance and dinner options too. Breakfast was great too with so many choices. The hotel were nice enough to hold out bags when we checked out and offered access to change area so we could freshen up before heading to airport.

Close to MRT Havelock exit 5 only 5 minute walk. Waterfront views. Close to restaurants at the nearby shopping centre and restaurants along the river on the other side. Room was great size and we were upgraded which made it all beautiful for the 5 days we were there. Breakfast each morning was amazing. Best buffet ever seen. Great selection.

My favourite part was the breakfast buffet, which was huge and catered well for vegetarians. The location was great by the river too and in a quiet area with a train station right across the road for ease of getting around. The gym was good but the pool needed a bit of a clean. There was a water filter in the room, which was good for staying hydrated.

Fabulous 5 star hotel, 120 m from Havelock MRT. Modern refurbished rooms, plumbed-in filtered water supply in room, geared towards ecological sustainability. Very clean. Lovely staff. Efficient computerised systems. Breakfast buffet was great.

Located by the river is a fantastic place Great view on the city and Marina sands in the background. Quiet location with a choice of place to eat close by. Chinatown easy to reach. Great breakfast buffet with Indian, Chinese and western choice. The service Team is just great, attentive and Customer focus. It is a great surprise in such large hotel to have this level of good service and willingness. The concierge team is just fabulous Thank you

Our stay at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront exceeded our expectations. The room was large, the river view was beautiful, the breakfast buffet was exceptional and the filtered water faucet a lovely surprise. Location is always key and although we chose to commute most frequently via Singapore's excellent and inexpensive taxis, the Grand Copthorne's proximity to both bus and subway stations, was an added bonus. The staff that we encountered were extremely helpful, kind and courteous - always happy to provide assistance and accurate information. All in all, the Grand Copthorne was excellent value and we are absolutely going to return on our next sojourn to Singapore.

Room was spacious, recently renovated and clean. Mattress was too soft, just fluffy topside that made my back hurt. The view of Singapore river and Marina Sands was also really good. Quite good gym, well equipped with new treadmills. Excellent location nearby Havelock MRT. Very good breakfast with plenty options, expresso coffee (Good coffee machines but coffee beans quality average/low) Swimming pool is small for a hotel this size, also not enough sunbeds. I had a 20% discount offer in food&beverages included in my reservation that the property refused to apply. This discount was advertised before paying the booking and was in black and white when I received confirmation after payment. I complained and Booking.com was in contact with the hotel but in the end they still refused. So this was a bad move from them and Booking.com

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The A/C was good and easy to operate. The gym was very good and the pool was great. We had great river views.
